Forestry Related SOLs for VA Public Schools

This Project Learning Tree Activity Guide is available to PLT trained individuals

Project Learning Tree (PLT) is an international environmental education curriculum that uses the forest as a "window to the world."

Participating teachers receive a free six-hour training on how to use the 402-page PLT Activity Guide.

All PLT activities have been correlated to the Virginia Standards of Learning.

This guide contains 96 hands-on activities for pre K - 8.
