Notes: After reading the book "My Side of the Mountain", we really wanted to find a tree that we could spend the night in. At first we found a tiny little tree with a hole in it, but decided to find a bigger one. Emily's dad told us where a big tree with a hole in it was, and it turned out to be just the right tree for us. We spent the whole summer playing in and under it, and we still do nearly every day! |
